Refund policy
At Pulse 9, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale items (if marked)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
- If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll help you exchange it (if stock is available).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue
- We’ll fix it at no extra cost (replacement or refund)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
